Is it possible to receive a file through email?

Yes, it's possible! This is just one additional method of receiving your files!
If the download doesn't start automatically, or if something happens during the process, on the "Begin download" page, you can click on the following sentence:

"You can also receive this file by email:
Send me this file by email."

To receive the email and file correctly:

• Ensure that support@karaoke-version.com is accepted (and eventually, add it to your permitted contacts)
• Ensure that your mailbox can handle large files.
• Ensure that your email client or your antivirus won't prevent you from opening the file.

This method will only work for files under 20Mb; therefore, you must download the files that are over this limit.
