Is it possible to receive a file using the email?

Indeed, it's possible. There is another method to retrieve your files!
If the download doesn't start automatically or if something wrong happens during the process, on the "Begin download" page, you can click on the following sentence:

"There is another method to get the file. You can receive it by e-mail:
Send me the file by email"

To receive the email and file correctly:

• Check that support@karaoke-version.com is accepted (and eventually, add it to your white list)
• Check that your mailbox can handle big files.
• Check that your email client or your antivirus doesn't stop you from opening the file.

Pay attention though that this method will only work with MP3 and MP3+G files. Other files, such as WMV video files are too big to be sent by email, you will therefore have to download them.
