The songs I just bought are not listed in "My files", what's happening?

When the payment is validated, the files are available for download on the page My Files. If the files are not listed, there might be several reasons :
  • The payment has not been (yet) validated
    In normal case, the payment validation is instantaneous. However, if your payment is still not validated after a couple of hours, you can contact us to know your order status.
  • Your payment has been refused
  • You didn't finish the payment procedure
