I can't download my files, what should I do?
After the payment validation, the selected files are listed on the page My Files.
Here are a few tips if you can't download the file:
Try to download the file manually: Select the file you want to download and click on "Download MP3", then click on "Download the file manually".
Try to close any antivirus or protection software
If you have any Download Accelerator software, disable it and try again.
Try also to install Mozilla Firefox, a free and powerful browser available here. This browser is known as compliant with our download system.
