I can't download my files, what should I do?

After the payment validation, the selected files are listed on the page My Files.
Here are a few tips if you can't download the file:
  • Try to download the file manually: Select the file you want to download and click on "Download MP3", then click on "Download the file manually".
  • Try to close any antivirus or protection software
  • If you have any Download Accelerator software, disable it and try again.
  • Try also to install Mozilla Firefox, a free and powerful browser available here. This browser is known as compliant with our download system.
