Great for our purposes. It's not ready for top 40 radio but it works in a casual setting. -

The background vocals sound terrible, like they're robots or something. Weird. The acoustic guitars are pretty good though. -

I'm curious if the person who arranged this didn't listen afterwards.. I mean the ride is so much out of portion and snare is sometimes out of sync.. And out of mix as well.. MIDI portion of the work is blah.. the rest of it ok. -

great arrangement, clean recording. played this song many times while in a rock band in the late 70s, but not this clean. love it -
ptmproductions 4 years agoHarmonies quite good on this track and overall well done. Only part that sticks out is the banjo track. Not only are the notes wrong but so is the roll. Should be melodic style banjo using a forward-backward roll as opposed to a back and forth Scruggs style pattern.

I thought the piano part was wrong at first, hearing it only playing one note continuously until I listened closer to the original DB version. Boy, that must have been a monotonous part for Bill Payne, the piano player to play! Maybe it was studio work after a night of partying;) -
