Why do I only hear a sample although I've bought this track?

Panning allows you to create distinct effects by adjusting the track’s sounds to left or right.

This is the only karaoke track I could find for this version of the song. It works for the version by Bing Crosby, the version by The Puppini Sisters, and the version from Glee. It works perfectly with the music.
