Why do I only hear a sample although I've bought this track?

What is panning and how can I do it?
Panning allows you to create distinct effects by adjusting the track’s sounds to left or right.

Panning is allowed with any Karaoke Version Custom Backing Tracks and can be done by sliding the grey slider to the left or right.

How to download each track separately ?
If you want to get each track separately, the only way to do so is to create them separately and then download the separated file individually for each instrument/track.

I love the track. I play the first part of the tune with just me on keyboard and the click track until the instruments come in. However, I find that the click track/tempo speeds up around measure 5 of the song. Is there a way to fix this?

Just as in the original version, the tempo of this song is variable (around 139 BPM). This may give the impression that the click speeds up. It's a matter of interpretation, and unfortunately, as we stick as close to the original version as possible, we don't change the interpretation of the song. As such, there is no way to modify this.
