How do I request a song?

I can’t get into my account, help!

Oftentimes the problem comes down to an extra space in your login info or an incorrect spelling. If you are having trouble, try double checking your spelling and spacing. Keep in mind you can login with a username or with your email address. Your password can be changed here.
For info, once logged into My Account, you can do things like update your personal info, change passwords, update payment methods, consult your purchased files, etc.

How can I change the key?

We suggest first searching songs that are already in your key range. Karaoke Version songs always follow the key of the original and searching for a song in your key can be found on the all songs page under the category Key. If you need to Finding your voice type will help. For any song, you can modify the tempo +/-2 (watch video to learn how) and after purchase can download it again in a different key as much as you want for free. Modifying a song more than two will affect the quality of the song, but should you need to go further, you can do so with the free software Audacity.

Why am I still getting a demo version when remixing a Custom Backing Track ?

After ordering a Custom Backing Track, you can remix it as much as you want at anytime you want from within My Files. When you remix, your file will only be available in demo version in order to reduce loading time. You are free to downloaded each track individually, but please keep in mind that downloading all tracks individually at once is not possible. Here's how to change your mix.

How do I share my opinion about a song?

The quality of our songs is very important to us. On each song page you can leave us a comment and rate the song. These ratings are then carefully reviewed by our team. Should adjustments be needed, feel free to send us an email including as much detail as possible (exact problem, timing, etc.) and we will do our best to make the necessary modifications in a timely manner.

Bonus: How do I redeem my promo code for a free track?

With each track ordered, Karaoke Version will reward you with points. Once you reach 20 points you will automatically receive a coupon by email and within the hour for one free download that can be redeemed at the time of checkout.             You currently offer back in your arms again by Laurie Morgan with back up vocals which limits the song to female singers, however Without backup vocals this song can be performed by either female or male singers, and I would like to be able to do this song.
