I don't think you understood me. Without a click intro you cannot use certain tracks as 'guitar backing' tracks as they START with guitar...eg Hey Joe by Hendrix, Behind Blue Eyes by Limp Bizkit. If you take out the guitar the track starts with no warning. Do you see?

We were suggesting the Custom Accompaniment Track as usually, the click is available on those tracks.

Great way to "fill in" the band, so to speak. A drummer and I (guitar/vocals) use over 30 customized tracks, always tweaking and updating our live versions. Great for solo acts, too! Thanks for the freebies, also!

I've only ordered two songs so far (with and without vocals). The quality is excellent and they have served me well as backing tracks. I also enjoy the way you operate and run your site. Keep up the good work.

I always do enjoy the products offered - but I wish you had an option for a "censored" version on tracks with bad language. I nearly lost a show because "Rolling In The Deep" contains the word "shit" and it displayed on the screens at my family-friendly show. At the very least, a warning about content would be helpful.

Your backing is one of the best, the quality is fab, however one of things about KARAOKE V I don't like is the long wait for a requested track, people would like to get them while we got a breath and can still sing a tune, but its too late when we're too old. And the other thing is CUSTOMERS SERVICE well you don't have one, it would be much earier to contact President Obama than KARAOKE V.

If a song is requested by many users, we produce it in priority.
That's the most democratic way of doing things.
The customer service answers your questions via email usually within 24 hours on this page.

I am a guitarist and I cannot use many of the tracks as they commence with a guitar part eg. Hey Joe by jimi Hendrix, behind blues by limp bizkit, crossroads by cream...and many more. Surely it would be EASY to incorporate a timing click intro to these songs so that a guitar player knows when to start? Regards, Ed
